Service Non-Execution: If Sattnet fails to complete the service request (such as setting up a new connection or assisting with plan changes) due to an error on our part, you are eligible for a refund of the execution fee charged by us.
Cancellations Before Service Initiation: If you cancel your service request before Sattnet has initiated the execution process with the respective service provider, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the service type and request timing.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Services Fully Executed: Once Sattnet has successfully executed your service request (e.g., new connection setup, plan changes, billing assistance), the service is considered delivered, and the execution fee is non-refundable.
Service Issues with Third-Party Providers: Sattnet acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers. We do not control the quality, reliability, or performance of the services provided by third parties (e.g., internet speeds, service downtimes, customer service issues). Refund requests for issues related to third-party service providers must be addressed directly with the respective provider.
Incorrect Service Requests: If you provide incorrect or incomplete information during a service request (e.g., wrong address, incorrect plan selection), and we have already initiated or completed the service, the execution fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations After Service Execution: If you request a cancellation after the service has been executed, no refund will be provided.
